about 30 mins to exeter and M5.
the house is a large 3 bed house with 2 very bid bedrooms and 1 box room (but still big enought for a doublebed but that would be all) we have bunkbeds in there and they are fine.
you could also make the biggest room in to 2 beds as a friend in number 5 has had there big room turned in to a bed and bathroom)
