Im looking with 15 miles, preferably less, of Heslington.
The house is fairly newly decorated and carpetted. I have only held the tennancy for 9 months, carpets have only been laid a maximum of 7 months. All the rooms where newly decorated when i moved in, some rooms newly replastered.
The house consists of:
Kitchen- a good size, room for cooker, washer large fridge and small (kids table) there is an unstairs cupboard which is a fair size then the room)
