The building only has 3 levels and the outside has an extremely large privaet area for parking and outdoor activities, aswell as a well maintained communal garden to the back of the property.
Both bedrooms would fit double beds and the living room is a long spacious room with a fitted kitchen adjoining to it.
The bathroom is also large with full-size bath and shower.
