(ADVERT ID 10717) (Very Rare - Lovely purpose built ground floor flat in Central Brighton Conservation area. Built in 1975 so the room sizes are very good. Most people who live here own their properties, hence the Residents Association is very active. Tucked away behind Montpelier Road the flat has 1 massive bedroom and 1 big double bed (good size - I use it as my study and my bedroom). Great sized living room with plenty of space. Bathroom has new shower fitted (white tiles etc), and there is a separate toilet. Don't really want to move from the area, as am so)

(ADVERT ID 15651) (Spacious 2 bed flat (rare council flat) in central Brighton, just on the border with Hove. Not a gloomy estate or anything like that. The majority of the flats here are privately owned, I think my flat is one of the last council ones here as it used to belong to the janitor of the flats when they were first built! It has new boiler, gsh, new kitchen and is wonderfully sound proofed and in a lovely road (conservation area). It's like living in a bungalow but just up from the beach and the high street. Large light living room)
(ADVERT ID 18052) (2 bedroom first floor flat in converted house. Own front door. Gas central heating. large kitchen and reasonably sized living room and bedrooms. Own back garden. close to shops, very good bus routes and schools. Resident parking.)
