i have a 1 bed split level flat with RTB. on the 1st/top floor (20 steps to flat) no one above. new intercom entry system. bedroom big enough for a king size bed, has fitted wardrobes. living room is a good size. bathroom has electric shower. there's lots of storage. we have big storage cupboard by the front door big enough for shelving and tumble dryer, another big cupboard next to the kitchen. i use it as a big larder and storing all my gizmos. new kitchen and rewiring has just been done.)
