It is a large 2bed property which is nicely decorated throughout and doesn't need any work doing to it at all with large lounge /diner. It has security gates to both car park and flat entrances which you need a code to enter so you feel nice and safe. It is a five minute walk from Barnstaple town centre and 9 approx miles from numerous beaches)
