For the benefit of those who dont know where Durham is, its about 25 miles before Newcastle upon Tyne. and about a half hour drive and 10 minutes on the train I live in a beautiful area of Durham city in a modern(ish) 2 bedroomed flat which is a housing association property and am seekeing a move to a 2 bedroomed property.
