(ADVERT ID 6699) (Hi we have a small semi detached 2 bed bungalow H/A on a nice private estate in Hailsham. It has a walk in shower wet room and grab rails fitted at outer doors. The internal doors are slightly wider than normal . It has off road parking for at least 2 cars and a L shaped narrow garden round the front. The back is well fenced and a largish size with a large concrete shed base. {shed there at moment}. It has a small lean too room on the back.)

(ADVERT ID 8180) (hi i have a lovely 2bed mid terraced house on the council for exchange it is stippled on the outside n painted cream with white windows upvc and the front door has little red roses in the glass it is a well kept home with minor work that needs doing e.g purely decoration still has old council kitchen has havent bothered replacing it as its due for a refurb in april by the council so didnt see the point in buying new cupboards and doors as they will jus replace mine for theres anyway still clean and livible)
