in the bathroom it has special flooring, It has a Bath and also has a safety shower fitted that wont go over 42c which is hot enough even for me(can be over ridden).
It has arthritic lever taps fitted in bathroom and downstairs toilet and kitchen.
We recently had new gas boiler fitted,5 brand new radiators as well, the ceiling fixed so kitchen needs decorating,we have added)
