We are looking to swap our 3 bed house to be closer to our kids and grandchildren who live in Hull.
We have 3 bedrooms, 2 gardens one large back with a shed and a small front one, a living room, kitchen and 2 toilets one up and one down, we also have a large completely boarded out loft space which comes in very handy.
We are double glazed and currently waiting for central heating to be installed in April, at the moment we have storage heaters in every room, which is sufficient.
