Hi :D
We have a 2 bed house in Nottingham (HA) and are looking for a 2/3 bed house in the High Peak or Derbyshire Dales areas (Council or HA). May consider a flat, if area is right. Would consider most areas. We have recently had a baby so need an exchange asap. I'm originally from the Buxton area and would like to return to my family.
Must have FGCH and would like double glazing and a garden if possible. Would help if near bus routes, good secondary school, shops, etc.
We have a private front and back garden (shed in back garden). Parking to rear. FGCH and double glazing. Both bedrooms are a good size, so is the kitchen. All the upstairs floorboards have been sanded and varnished.

Living Room 10'8" x 14'6"
Kitchen 11'3" x 12'7"
Front Bedroom 13'8" x 9'2"
Back Bedroom 17'7" x 9'7"
