Hi, this is a large 3 bed house with double drive Very large kitchen diner lounge downsatirs wc 2 double bedrooms, one single bathroom with toilet upstairs. nice size garden about 40ft square, very secure with 6 ft wall 3/4 of the way round the rest is 6ft fencing. 2 mins walk away from canal, great for walking the dogs or just a stroll to feed the ducks. 2 mins one direction is rural, and 5 mins the other direction is a small town Postcode is ba14 7sq What we are looking for is a 3 bed house or bungalow. (no flats as we have dogs) Drive or off road parking is a must, and back access, dont want terrace. Must have a large garden!!! Anywhere in and around Southampton please!!!
