I am trying to put together a multi swap and am seeking someone with a two bedroom ground floor property or house with garden who wants to downsize and move to any of these listed places.

1) One bedroom GFF in quiet close Tiverton Devon. This flat has an additional small room suitable for a study. The communal garden leads to down to the river.

2) Pretty one bedroom bungalow in Stoke Fleming, Dartmouth, near to the sea. It has it's own garden and a front car bay.

3) Large one bedroom in quiet, small building, on a leafy residential street in up market Chiswick London W4.
