We have a lovely 2 bedroom house in a quiet area of Merstham, double glazing, laminate flooring in hall & lounge, full central heating, fitted kitchen with a really good sized back and front garden that has been very well maintained & invested in.
Close to excellent schools (primary & secondary), shops and supermarkets. The fitted kitchen is only recently installed to a high standard, double glazing installed November 2004. The master bedroom is the full width of the house and could easily be converted into 2 bedrooms, the other bedroom is a double bedroom - so a really decent size! Loads of roof space for storage.
Garden has a very large custom made shed, patio and lawns, access to the back garden via a back passage shared with neighbour.
Local amenities include a large park & childrens playground at the bottom of the road, local shops & (great) takeaways, 5 min drive to Redhill town centre and the property backs onto open countryside - the view is awesome. Also close to local facilities in the form of a watersports centre (our kids learnt to sail there) and close to beautiful countryside walks - great for bike rides and dog walking!
Gutted to be leaving the house - but we really need a bit more room and fancy a radical change!
