West Sussex. Ours and the house next door are the only two housing associaton properties on the road, the rest are privately owned. Our home has just recently been finished and is very modern and very private. We have three bedrooms, lounge, seperate dining room, kitchen, downstairs loo, small hallway, stairs, small landing and loft. the rear garden is newly turfed and has a shed, rotary line and water saver. Fully double glazed and gas central heating. Brand new kitchen and bathroom suite. Private parking area right outside house. This development is great. It is very quiet and reserved and is close to the border with Charlwood. We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house in the Croydon area or a four bed house in either Crawley or Horsham.
