i have a 2 bedroom new built flat in orpington kent, its on the second floor the block itself has 9 flats in total, all rooms are very large and spacious, it has a communial garden out the back, offstreet parking and a play area for young children out the front, close to primary schools and secondary school, shops, bus stops and two train stations are maximum of ten minutes away, its a lovely flat and great neighbours wouldnt want to move but DESPERATE for extra bedroom will consider most areas but prefer to stay local. the two bedrooms are very large the kitchen is spacious and very modern granite worktops etc large hall with plenty of cupboard space
