Hi....would you be interested in a 3 bedroom 1st floor flat with a balcony on a lowrise block in Croydon, South London?? It has lovely green communal gardens. Shops and schools are a 5 min walk. There is a very good transport system and trams can take you to East Croydon main station that has trains to Central London and the south coast i.e Brighton and Worthing.
The flat will be available next year June as my daughter is finishing her GCSE's.
