It is decorated nicfely, laminate floor throughout, good size large rooms. I have a balcony. The landlord is enfield council so has right to buy and the flats in this block sellfor around £160,000 and sell very fast too from whjat i've seen as in good location. I am 5 min walk from Enfield Town Station and Bush Hill Park and 10 mins to local shops and and local amenities with Tesco at top of the road. I am looking for a 2/3 bedroom house with garden, the only reason i want to move is because i want a garden, I am in Enfield town, EN! and want to stay in enfield, winchmore hill, barnet areas please.
