MY ADDRESS IS HAZLEMERE DRIVE , GILLINGHAM, KENT , ME7 2TF

DOCTERS ACROSS THE ROAD FROM PRIMARY SCHOOL
THE BUS GOES RIGHT OUT SIDE OUR HOUSE/ IT GOES TO GILLINGHAM / HOSPITAL/ CHATHAM
OUR RENT IS £86.00 A WEEK /2 WEEKS FREE RENT IN DECEMBER. AND WE ARE HOUSING ASSOSIATION
the kitchen was in an L shape till we put up a pertishon wall. as we made that part of the kitchen into a forth bed room. but that partition wall can easily be taken down if you want to make the kitchen bigger. the kitchen is( 8ft 2inch by 15ft 9 inch) and the part of the kitchen we partitioned of into a small room is (5ft by 6ft 6inch). The back door has a dog flap in it. but before we move out. we will replace it with the original door panel .
the back garden is slabed on one side and the other side is lawn we have just finished the front garden so we can park the car in BUT WE HAVE NOT HAD THE DROP KERBS DONE YET the back garden is about 30ft long has a 9ftx9ft shed.
upstairs bath & wc room in one
the size of the sitting room is 10ft by 15ft 9 inch
the back bedroom is 6ft 8inch by 12.5ft
front bedroom is 9ft 7 inch by 6ft 8inch
large front bedroom is 15ft 1inch by 8ft 10inch
WE HAVE GAS CENTRAL HEATING/ DOUBLE GLAZING
WE HAVE LIVED HERE 5 YEARS .WE ARE IN A QUIET ARE AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLES.WE HAVE NICE NEIGBERS.
WE HAVE DECIDED WE NOW WANT A CHANGE. AS WE DO NOT HAVE ANY TIES
