PostAdvert Subject: 2 bed first floor council flat
2 bed 2nd floor council flat in east howe, with balcony and gch. Due to have a new bathroom, good neighbours, off road parking.

Looking to exchange for a 1 or 2 bed flat in the southbourne, christchurch or wimborne area, would prefer ground floor.

Is in need of decorating, but would seriously consider a 1 bedroom if ground floor so we are able to keep a cat.
