this is a great flat. quite old so all the kinks have been worked out! big living room and bedroom with built in wardrobes i think these places were built to accomadate fireplaces so the rooms are quite big. all the neighbours seem to be fairly normal people and have had no trouble. iv painted the place black which may not suit everyone but i guess you'r always gonna have to redecorate where you move to. opposite a nursery school, near a shopping street, spar store almost within sight of the flat, 2 supermarkets within a 15 minute walk and buses going right past the door. because theres a school etc nearby this is a very well kept area. there is a drying space/garden round the back and a patch of green across the road. also lots of parking available on the street. you can park right under the living room window. living room has views all the way to kinmylies. bathroom and kitchen cabinets were new when i moved in 2 years ago as is carpet. double glazed and new locks on door. won't be ready to move til november
i need a 2 bedroom place for myself and my sister. somewhere in a city. aberdeen, dundee, glasgow, edinburgh all acceptable. we would like to stay in scotland but if have not found somewhere by november might be more flexible then. we can't take anywhere above the first floor without a lift. |
