I have a 3 bed house with a huge back garden and reasonable low maintainance front garden. Backs onto stream/woodland and fields but waterboard have a good security fencing. My house is in a 12 house grove. There are chlidren here but all are well behaved and repectful (which is rare it seems nowadays). The neighbours are all nice and everyone gets along. There is limited parking out the front. There is a carpark just over the road which is also culdesac type and holds lots of cars overlooked by the houses there. There havent been any crimes of any kind here in memory of the people who live here. All of which are important to me. There are shops close. Upstairs are 3 similar sized bedrooms (no box rooms) and a bathroom with fitted shower. Large windows throughout. Downstairs there is a lounge (obviously) with a big cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen is average with a large cupboard big enough for a chest freezer (if it wasnt full of important things like tools...) there is a then a solid back door and a small hall space and downstairs toilet...and then a double glazed back door. The kitchen sink overlooks the back garden.Central heating throughout and new boiler last year.
Why would I give this up....I moved here two years ago after a fresh start with my boyfirend who had been cheating. We had big plans so I moved from southampton (the longest time I have ever been away from there was a 9 day holiday i n Scotland) so that he could be closer to his family. 13 weeks later (xmas) he decided he wanted to be single and left. All my reasons for living here have now been removed...as they were all based on him. I now have a new partner but living here was for my old boyfriend so nothing feels quite right and its bringing me down.

I need to restart, new home, new plans etc.
I require a 3 bed parlour/4bed house in blackburn/darwen to be closer to my farming friends and my church.I do need a garden as my sons best friend is his dog and he's huge (son has aspergers..like rainman). I dont want noisy/problem neighbours. I wouldnt do it to you so please dont put me in that situation either.
