You can join here Advert Subject: 3 bed in erdington for 3 bed walsall or woodgate valley 3 bed end council house with rtb in erdington. the area i live in is being regenerated under the better homes scheme and will be completed this year i have already had central heating and new d/g windows and doors i am also having a new roof, new porch and the whole house is being rendered (pebble dashed), we are also having a new fire and fireplace fitted (really nice and modern), i have 3 very large bedrooms, large living room, medium sized kitchen, average bathroom (downstairs) i have beautiful large gardens, the back garden is fully landscaped and the front garden is nice aswell (but this could be easily turned into a driveway) i am looking for a 3 bed house (no smaller) in the walsall area or woodgate valley and i would also consider multiswaps for the right house. decor is not important nor is the size or condition of the gardens. i will reply to everyone thanks for looking   lisa1973 Joined: MEMBERS ONLY Posts: MEMBERS ONLY Reply: MEMBERS ONLY To view contact details or reply to this advert you will need to be a member.
