I do not have a disabled property but i do qualify for one because i have several disbaled children also Would be suitable for a person who uses a mobility scooter as town is 5 mins away and it is completely flat from my house to town and only one road to cross with traffic lights so very easy and safe. Across the road are eldery flats and bungalows.
semi-detatched council house in a quiet street situated in Llanelli, carmarthenshire, south wales. 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. 2 reception rooms one with a bay window, Downstairs bathroom, seperate toilet. A moderate size kitchen. It has a gas centeral heating and double glazing. Large back and front garden. 5 minuets walk from town and all amenities and 5 mins drive from beach. Fantastic neighbours.
Only moving because we need a larger house because of room requirements as we have 5 children and a disabled child who has to sleep downstairs.
Upstairs all bedrooms have laminate flooring 15 year guarantee, and all light beach colour.
Downstairs bay window room has 1 inch thick solid bamboo flooring, livingroom has industrial laminate,i do have 5 kids after all lol. Light beach colour as well.
Hallway, toliet, bathroom, and kitchen tiled in black ceramic tiles for the modern look but easier to keep clean.
Stair carpet 12 months old cant remember what it is made of but it cost £37 per square meter so should last a few years as i had luxury underlay and had it professionally fitted.
I have put in a new kitchen 12 months ago and the council will be putting in a new one i think in 3 years so this one should see you through nicely.
I have have radiators in all bedrooms and bathroom and toilet and in hallway, kitchen and both living rooms.
I have just had cavity wall insulation done, so nice cosy winters ahead.
Would be suitable for a person who uses a mobility scooter as town is 5 mins away and it is completely flat from my house to town and only one road to cross with traffic lights so very easy and safe.

Hi,
Not sure if you are interetsed but we have a 4 bedroomed house in Redditch, Worcs which is already adapted for a disabled person. There is a bedroom downstairs with an en suite bathroom (walk in wet room). Then the remainder of the bedrooms are upstairs.
We do live in a quiet area but with plenty to do for children close by.
