The previous occupant was wheelchair bound so the property has a walk-in power shower with fold down seat. The flat is a couple of mins walk away from the local train station, bus stops, shops, schools, doctors, dentist and vets. I would ideally like a 1/2 bedroom house, bungalow or flat with parking availability and where pets are allowed. All areas considered.
