I have a 3 Bed house in Grimsby, close to local amenities/beach/schools.

Lovely decor throughout, new electric shower and kitchen. Very large rear garden and smaller front garden. Off road property, so safe area for kids to play out.

Good community spirit, quiet and friendly neighbours. Area part of regeneration project by housing association.

In catchment area of one of only 3 Academy schools in the country for 11-16 year olds.

Looking for same or similar within about 15 miles of Wolverhampton, preferable close to schools
