We have a lovely modern 3 bedroomed house in the market town of Wadebridge. We would like a housing or council exchange not too far from Wadebridge.We prefer to be in rural area or near to the sea. We have lived here 10 years and have improved house immensly. Our son goes to Wadebridge secondary and still needs to be in travelling distance for this.We have our own drive and lovely landscaped back garden. Very close to shops,school etc. We would like to move to quaint village rural area or pretty place. Bungalow would be ideal as wife is disabled, if not house. All Must be 3 Bedroomed. We have brand new pine kitchen fitted wardrobes, walk in shower,fully tiled bathroom, lovely recently decorated lounge with delabole slate fireplace. NEEDS to be seen. Only genuine exchange. No time Wasters. This is a guiness trust property.

hi do you have a sep. diningroom?

ours is a house but front door downstairs toilet were built for disabled access. Stairs come off kitchen diner and would be ideal for fitting stair lift. All taps are lever action again good for disabled. ( House is new build so ramps and large downstair W.C with low basin and lever arch taps were fitted as standard). We are Devon Somerset border just off J26.
