I am hoping to exchange my 1 bed council flat in Kennington, Southwark borough London, for a suitable flat in east london , preferred areas are Newham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Havering, Leyton, Chingford, Gants hill, Romford.
I have a spacious 1 bedroom flat on 2nd floor, close to local amenities of Walworth road, 5 mins from Northern line underground station 15 mins from national rail services Elephant & Castle. And all buses on route to Central London, ie Victoria, Westminister, Knightsbridge, London Bridge eTC.
Young vibrant area with lots of local entertainment venues, also child friendly with local parks stituated nearby. Off a main road so no traffic.
Residential parking area, and a window view of the London Eye.
I am interested in a 1- 2 bed Flat , Maisonette or house converted flat spacious living area and kitchen. no block or more than 3 storey buliding |
