Hi there, Firstly, thanks for looking.

We live in a lovely ground floor flat in the nicer part of Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

It is in a 2 storey block of 8 flats.

Neighbours are very quiet and friendly.

We are a retired couple, and are very proud of our home, and just fancy a change, by the coast.

We love our flat, and it is all newly decorated to a high standard. Although it is Council property, we have fitted our own new kitchen, and study. Because I have trouble getting in and out of a bath, we have installed a walk in shower.

LOUNGE. 14ft x 13ft. large 6ft, bay window looks out onto lovely gardens.
BEDROOM.14ft x 10ft, which has new 6ft mirrored fitted wardrobes, which we will be leaving, and a new 10ft x 18ins fitted dressing work area with 2 sets of drawers and 2 cupboards under, which will also be included. (If desired).

KITCHEN. 10ft x 8ft with a cream, 1 year old fitted kitchen.
SMALL STUDY/UTILITY ROOM. Is 4.5ft x 7ft. I use this for my washing and Computer work.
Our lounge and bedroom are both south facing, which means we get the sun all day.
We are 1 hour by train from London, ½ from Birmingham.

We are close to lots of nice high/Junior schools and nurseries.

1 mile from town centre.

Shops and bus routes on the end of the street.
