i have a lovely 1 bedroom flat in a very sought after area of edinburgh,school is 2 mins walk,walking distance to centre of town.my flat has been very newly decorated,i have a large well kept shared back garden.i am only wanting to move due to my daughter desperately needing her own bedroom,otherwise i wouldnt move.i would like to stay in the same area if possible,but would consider other areas in and out of edinburgh.
