You can join here Advert Subject: cornwall to cornwall cornwall for cornwall -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- hi we have a three bedroom house in quiet village close to bodmin,st.austell and newquay. the house is fully double glazed throughout,it consists of fully fitted kitchen with oak units(7 base units and 7 double wall units) plumbing for washing and dishwasher there is lino on the floor. the lounge was decorated last summer in neutral colours and we fitted a wooden fireplace (the house is due for heating to be installed next year) approx 19ft long with carpet on floor. upstairs we have 2 single bedrooms decorated and carpeted and a double bedroom(this room could do with being redecorated) also has carpet on floor.the bathroom has been refitted about 2 years ago and also has electric shower just been installed this year .we have good sized fully enclosed back garden fits a 12ft trampoline easily,we separated the back garden with short fence and a gate which leads to the shed and greenhouse.the front garden is just lawn and a path to the door.the neighbours are very friendly. there is a co-op,chippy,chinese,launderette,doctors,post office and pubs in the village. need similar sized house decoration not impotant,but we want a good sized garden,need to stay fairly close for the chidren to go school and college,basically st.austell,stenalees st.stephens,nanpean etc will be good areas.parking space directly outside front gate. looking for similar size house around st.austell and surroundings.   solemates90 Joined: MEMBERS ONLY Posts: MEMBERS ONLY Reply: MEMBERS ONLY To view contact details or reply to this advert you will need to be a member.
