Hello.. I need help in searching for a 3bed council hse in exchange for a 2bed mews flat at the maypole-due to expecting a baby.

Nice area close to all amenities including 50 bus route and local library.
Friendly neighbour, flat has a garden. Bed1 has built in wardrobes and bed2 has built in storage cupboard, nicely tiled bathroom with bath and shower/seperate toilet (with window).
A generally nice and bright flat in a good location.
