| Looking for an exchange in the Letham area of Perth. Currently have a lovely, good sized 2 bedroom flat. Flat is in good decoration throughout. Property compromises of: Large Hallway (wood-look flooring, painted walls, storage area); Bathroom (white fittings, newly tiled and new shower...council due to upgrade bathroom summer 2008); Bedroom 1 (large bedroom with built in wardrobe, good decor); Bedroom 2 (good sized double bedroom with built in wardrobe); good sized lounge; spacious kitchen (new fitted kitchen, new decor and tiling, new flooring, large pantry); Garden (massive!!! all fenced in). Flat is bottom in a four block, own back and front doors. Electric heating. Good for bus routes 1,2, 9, 10. Few minutes walk to 2 parks, 3 schools, leisure centre, Co-op, bakery, 2 pubs, post office, newsagent, chip shop. Good area and schools. I am interested in exchanging for a 3 bedroom (would accept 2) VERY close to Letham Primary School (ie. Fortingall Place, Strathtay Road, Struan Road). Willing to leave new American style fridge/freezer, and large garden equipment for the right exchange. |
