I have a large 3 bed end of terrace on outskirts on East Grinstead, West Sussex. My husband has been offered a job in Launceston area and that is the only reason we are looking to leave here. The street is on a circle layout, majority of the houses are privately owned, neighbours are private. Its very quiet and neighbours are friendly, when i was offered this house I was so happy as if I could have chosen an area in the town to live, this would have been it!!!!
The house is in good decorative order downstairs, new kit in 06 and all exterior doors were replaced in July 07. Bathroom is downstairs, commonplace with these houses. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, 1 has just been decorated and the other 2 were done last yr but are young childrens bedrooms so could do with a lick of paint. (we are happy to do thisif it helps secure a swap!!) All good sizes, even the small one has single bed, wardrobe, 2x chest of drawers and room to play! We have a large flat garden at the back (60ft plus 20ft shed) fencing at the front and side has just been replaced this summer. Patio area to the side of the house, patio at the rear of garden too.

We are very serious movers and really would like to move asap so we can settle our children at primary school and so my husband can begin his job, otherwise he will have to go without us while we wait to move :(.
The town centre is about 1 mile away and we are 6 miles from crawley town centre which has a large shopping mall. The m25 is 10 min drive away and the local train/bus station gives services to london/crawley is about 3/4 mile or a 10 min walk!
