MERRY CHRISTMAS......

We have a large 2 bedroom house on the outside of Brighton town but still in Brighton.
With a big back garden and the front garden continuing to the side of our house.
Our house does have right to buy and so does the grass verge at the side of our house.

House Description

Details - This is an end of terrace house. Central gas and double glazing.
Small patio in the back garden. 2 Sheds at the back of the garden. The rent is £63 pw.

Lounge/Living Room
The lounge is a good size, with 2 windows. 1 window is located on the front side of the lounge wall and the main front window. It always has plenty of light coming in. There was a fire fitted in, but was removed. (There were no problems with it). The lounge was decorated last year with new carpets and painted.

Kitchen
The kitchen is big with plenty of space all around. With entries to the back porch and storage under the stairs. Big window for more light as well. There is room for a washing machine, Dish washer, Fridge. There are no problems with the plumbing in the Kitchen. Recently fitted are new kitchen sideboards and a new skin. There is a breakfast bar as well. Also new is the Kitchen floor. This was also decorated last year.

Front And Back Porch
The front and back porch has plenty of light. The front porch follows from the front door the door for the house. Also has a window in. The back porch has a smaller window at the top of the wall, with room for a dryer and/or freezer there is also a side board above where our dryer is for storage of some items.

Stairway
The stairs goes around like a u shape, It does have a lot of moving space with a high ceiling.

Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom)
This is a big room, although there is only 1 window there is still a lot of light. In this room is the airing cupboard but it doesn’t take a lot of the room space up. This room also been re-decorated last year with it being wallpapered and painted and new dado rails.

Bedroom 2 (Back Bedroom)
This is smaller room but with no problems for space. With 1 window and also plenty of light through out the room.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a fitted shower and bath, with it being decorated last year and a new curtain rail. 1 Window which is at the side of the house still with light.

Overall
At the side of the house is a grass area where cars can park at all times. (There is only our car on the grass. Its very rear when a car is parked there)
Overall the house was completely decorated last year with all new carpets and all painted along with new doors. There is great light through out the whole house. The back of the house looks on the fields at the back. The front and back garden is suitable for all animals with them completely fenced off with the fence about 4 ft and 5 inches tall all the way around. The neoughbours are nice, friendly people and are quiet. The front of the house over looks the sea and on a good nice day the Isle of Man is visible. With local shops only a 10 Mins walk at the village, where there is a fish and chip shop and a 24 hour garage along with a few other take aways and Co-op and a local video store and a tesco express. The town 15-20 Mins away, bus stop close to house which goes directly into town, and another bus stop the same distance about 2mins walk to the Brighton Marina where Asda (with a petrol station) and Mc Donald’s. Brighton racecourse is about 15 minutes away by bus. There are great views out of every window of the house. 2 very good infants/ juniors school also a very good senior school. Sussex University is 5 min drive. And also the lovely village of Rottingdean with its beaches is 5 mins drive.
There is the fields for walking dogs and a kids park.

(Other Information)
The digital switch over for our area is in 2011/12 There is 2 TV aerials in the loft they are great working. There is also a new Sky digital receiver with 2 Ariel’s for multiroom.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a large 2 bed roomed house with a dining room or a 3 bedroom house with or without a dining room, as long as we can have one room big enough for an office area. With a medium size garden as we are getting a dog and we have a rabbit. We are open to areas at the moment but within the UK mainland in a nice area.
