We have a 2 bedroom end corner house with large gardens to all 3 sides.
At the side of the house there is a large grass area.

The Downstairs has a medium lounge with a wonderful sea view and on a clear day the Isle of Wight is visible. The Kitchen is a large Kitchen with space for a Dishwasher, Fridge, Washing Machine, It has a breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space. New work-tops and new flooring, it has a large window over viewing the back garden. There is a cupboard which is under the stairs with a lot of space.

There is 2 porches located at the back and the front of the house, the back porch exits the Kitchen to the backdoor the porch is able to have a large fridge or freezer/Fridge Freezer, It has a worktop same as the Kitchen and under that there is room for a house old appliance. There is still a lot of room for anything else. The Front porch has the front door and the entrance to the house and is currently used as an ofice So there is a lot of space with a big window.

Upstairs is a medium bedroom at the back of the house over viewing fields. The front bedroom is a large bedroom with view of the sea and the Isle of Wight, The airing cupboard is in the large bedroom. The bathroom has a fitted shower and a lot of storage space.

The whole house is bright and has a lot of light showing into it. The house is large with great parking spaces at the front and side of house. The back garden is very suitable for any pet with a gate exiting the garden to the exit of house or access to the front garden. The house has just been decorated and new carpets fitted.

The house is only less then a minute walk to the bus stop that goes straight into Brighton town and is close to shops. It normally takes about 25/30 minutes to get the bus into town but about 10/15 minutes in car. The shops are in a small village with a Fish and Chips shop with the local Co-Op and a pharmacy and a local video store. Brighton racecourse is about 15 minutes away by bus. There are great views out of every window of the house.

hiya,

i know its not easy is it.. i love everything about my house and where it is but really need a fresh start elsewhere, have lived in the area all my life, i need a new challenge lol, but more so i need an extra bedroom,
how are you? have you not found anywhere yet? your house is lovely you should have no problems..
