You can join here Advert Subject: exchange to i.o.w wanted hi we live in a 4 bedroom house semi - detached in havant hampshire.front & back garden.the front garden is fenced both sides,hedge & front gate.has plenty enough space on the left or right side to have a drive put in.side gate as well as front & back door.the back garden is a good size fully enclosed for privacy high fencing both sides.we do not have a consevatory but there is more than enough room for one and anything else you want.we have had a big gazeebo,vegetable patch ,large swimming pool and still had room.the house is fully double glazed throughout the house,lots of windows in house for sunlight.downstairs we have a good sized lounge which has 2 doors for access 1 door from hallway to lounge,1 from lounge to dining room,laminate flooring.we have a good sized dining room only decorated just before christmas,laminate flooring.a good sized kitchen with plenty of work surface and cupboards & drawers,vinyl flooring.we have an outside toilet,cupboard and shed joined onto the side of the house.there is a light for shed & toilet & electricity in the cupboard ideal for keeping an additional fridge/freezer or tumble dryer in.upstairs we have a bathroom with bath/sink/toilet.vinyl flooring.2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms but 1 of the small bedrooms can still fit a double bed in.all 4 bedrooms have got built in wardrobes.we come from the isle of wight but have had 11 years in havant and now wish to return home.we have family and friends on the i.o.w.we will consider anywhere just to get back to the island.we are even willing to accept a large 3 bedroom if we have to.we do not reqiure any specific features.if you are interested please email me at Only registered users can see contact details on ukhomeswap!
