Hi our house has 2 bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms and 1 small bedroom, or you can use the downstairs bedroom as a dining room. Both bathrooms were renovated a year ago and the downstairs bathroom has been turned into a shower room, both bathrooms have toilets and floor to ceiling marble. white fitted kitchen which is a fair size and reasonable size garden with shed..... Back of the house is double glazed, front of house has original sash windows, council will not allow for the front window to be double glazed, SE15 . I have a MASSIVE 5 bed Victorian House in Highbury N5 1TZ. Bathroom is size of a large bedroom. I have a cellar, a loft, a kitchen diner. Bay windows, Very high ceilings. Loads of original features. well kept GARDEN. on a private quiet street near the new Arsenal Stadium. Opposite an excellent primary school. A house of this size would normally be converted into 3 two bed flats. I have seen houses like this on next street split into two 4 bed maisonettes so you can imagine the size of the rooms.

I would like a 4 bed in Wandsworth in a private area. Prefer a Victorian House but would accept a Conversion. Rooms should be a good size.

I would also accept a 3 bed if it is in an exceptional area and the rooms are all very big.

I do not want to live on a council estate.
