It is a 15 minute walk to local secondary school and 10 minutes to primary school. Looking for a 3 bedroom house in the Derbyshire area. Anything considered. You can join here Advert Subject: Sounds lovely. My house has 2 big-ish bedrooms and one small, a new bathroom and kitchen are due to be fitted in the next couple of months. No great views of the park or anything like that here but the area is normally quiet and as I said before it's near to schools and bus routes etc. I am definitely interested so if you fancy having a proper talk about it just contact me.
