Good onstreet parking. Large communal garden but can divide. Slight incline up to front door to two very wide steps. Central heating and double glazed. Back door to garden. Required: 1/2 bed accommodation almost anywhere - even Scotland. The property must be wheelchair accessible. I dont need a wheelchair but the lady next door whom has exactly the same flat does and hers has been converted for wheelchair use for everything. The flat is in the west end.
