The house is a Cornish style house with double glazing and Gas Central Heating. The house consists of a Living room (12'x11'), Dining room (15'x11'), Fitted kitchen with in built oven and hob (10'x9'). Hallway leading upstairs to bathroom with WC. (7'x6'). 2 double bedrooms (15'x11' - 12'x11') 1 Single bedroom (8'x10'). The gardens are quite large - Front Garden (50'x60'), Back Garden (50'x40'). Garden to side of house (25'x120') this garden sides onto the Local Cricket ground. The Primary School and Senior School are a 2 minute walk from the house. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bed in Durrington, Wiltshire. I will consider properties in the Amesbury area as well. Have a large 3 bed house in milton area of w-s-m 2 min walk to bus routes and lovely ashcombe park, 10 mins from m5 and town centre by car, am desperate to get back to family in somerton and my son attends huish episcopi science college!
