I have a 3 bedroom house in Chelmsford Essex CM1 4HZ.
Room sizes are:
Kitchen 12'8 x 10'2
Lounge 12'10 x 13'9
Hallway 24 x 2'10
Bed 1 11'11 x 10 + alcove i have put a wardrobe with sliding doors into this one
Bed 2 12'3 x 10 + alcove
Bed 3 9 x 9'1
Bathroom 5'6 x 7'1
I have got a large back garden and a driveway out the front for 2 cars. I live 15 min walk from town with has good train links to london and i am on a bus route that goes straight into town (every 10 mins).
There are also good schools and doctors and all other amenities that you could possibly want and there are quite a few retail parks too.
I am ideally looking for east sussex, dorset, devon, somerset and all other coastal areas but will consider other areas south.
