2 bed eot/semi-detached bungalow in small quiet cul-de-sac of 6, most privately owned. Gardens to front, side and rear. Brick built shed with double glazing, pitched tiled roof and electricity. The bungalow has plenty of storage, economy 7 heating, this is being changed by the landlord to oil heated radiators, also double glazed. Local shops, library, doctors, public house, bus-stop and primary school all within 10 minutes walk. 7 miles from Poole.
Looking for 2 bed house or bungalow in or around Cockfosters, Barnet, Pottersbar, Oakwood, would like a garden for own use, no large estates, would like to be near shops and transport. Moving to be close to family.
