Hi all,We have a 2 bed council house with RTB in braintree in essex.It has a extremley large back garden 120ft long x 20ft wide,it has a 6ft fence both sides going half way down the garden,then has a large decking area at the top.It has 1 wooden shed,1 brick shed and a outside toilet.And a side gate.It has a nice size front garden wich is about 15ft x 20ft,we were thinking about turning it into a drive but never got around to it!
It has 2 lofts,1 upstaires and 1 in the kitchen.The kitchen is a small area but has a large seperate dining room and med size lounge.The bathroom is upstaires wich consists of a bath,toilet,and sink all combined.It has a nice size back bedroom and a very large front bedroom.It has GHC but does not have DG.We have only been here for aprox a year of wich time i was mostly pregnant,so the home could do with a decorate wich is not a problem as thats what we do anyway when we move,everyone likes to redecorate there new home!The neighbours are OAP's both sides and are extremley nice and friendly,dont see much of them.The road is a nice area,top half are all hours then the bottom half is flats.It really is a nice house and area.
so why do we want to move?
We want to move as we really want a 3bed house.i have a 6 month old girl and a 6 year old boy,and would really like them to have there own bedrooms.We need a 3 bed house that has a large garden as we have dogs,and we will only consider a council property,also we are not looking to move out of braintre,so please dont reply if you do not have a property in braintree up for a exchange.If you need any further questions answered then please drop us a line and we will reply ASAP
