PostAdvert Subject: 1 bed shetland for same on east coast

I have a 1 bedroom house in the north of shetland in a stunning setting.
This house is in a small estate (21 homes) by the sea. The village has population of 250 people, but has a lot of amenities for it's tiny size, there is a shop, doctors surgery, school, village hall and hotel. And a bus service to Lerwick (capital of the island) which fits in with working hours.
My village has a stony beach and a sandy beach.
There is a good cafe, museum and coastal cliff walk, 4-6 miles from here.
Unemployment in shetland is very low, there are jobs but you should be prepared to travel.
My house is small but well designed, well built, good insulation, warm, loads of storage. Has bathroom in porch with bath and shower, door into main house which is all open plan, kitchen, sittingroom and loft bedroom, with dressing room off it. Small garden, 2 small sheds.
I have lived happily in this village for 14 years and now want to move back to mainland.
I am looking for 1 bed house on east coast town in scotland, I want a beach, I would love Fife but consider anywhere on east coast or nairn, findhorn coast.
