Nice size kitchen & large sized front room. Back garden has access by back door & patio doors, also front lawn. All rooms are double glazed & gas central heated. 5 minute walk for supermarket (Tesco) & other shops, pubs & restuarants. Also buses. Potters Bar railway station is a 10 - 15 minute walk. We are situated just on the outskirts of London. Looking for a council exchange to Verwood/Ringwood Dorset or surrounding areas.
