The buses connect to Central London and outer Loandon area and are within 7 minutes walk from the flat. The flat is stiuated near scools, Colleges, Universities both Barking and Havering Universities are within reach by bus. Within the area there are many nursary school as well as play ground.
Nature Parks with lakes are all within walking and bus ride from the Flat.
