I have a large 2 bedroomed house situated in a quiet area of Shard-End,Birmingham.It's an end terrence house with driveways on the front and rear of the gardens, both gardens are large and private with 6ft fencing to the rear. All windows are double glazed,as-well as the patio doors and theirs central heating through-out the property. It's a straight through living room with patio doors, the kitchen and passege way leads out into the rear garden, the toilet and bathroom are separte and the 2 bedrooms are very good sizes.
The area is central to several schools and shopping centres, and puplic transport is all within a short walking distance.
My property is owned by Waterloo Housing Assiociation.
Im wonting to move to be closer to family in Felixstowe so am looking for a 2/3 bed property in or close to Felixstowe.
