Large 3 bed semi in South Manchester close to motorway networks and 10 minutes from city centre.
Close to schools/shopping centres/doctors and all the usual amenities.

We are on a main road, away from the city estates. We have a very large private rear garden backing onto a school playing field, in a quiet part of Manchester.

We have Gas Central Heating throughout. The house is generally in a good state of décor; however, one or two rooms could do with a coat of paint to freshen it up.

There is a private front garden which is grassed and has a tarmac drive with room for a car, leading to the garage which is of timber construction. The garage will house a small family car.
