have a two bedroom first floor flat in a lovely close in Tilgate. Both bedrooms are a good size, as is the front room. Wonderful neighbours and quiet area.

Bedroom Two has just been decorated with laminated floors and magnolia walls.

Bedroom One has a built in wardrobe.

Living Room has laminated flooring.

Currently in the process of repainting flat completely magnolia and rebuffing and varnishing floors in toilet, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom one. This will all be done before moving.

Within 5 minutes walk are local shops, Tilgate Park, Desmond Anderson Primary School & Thomas Bennett Secondary School, K2 leisure centre, bus stops and doctors.

Easy access to M23 and Pease Pottage service station. Within walking distance of town and train station (20 minutes).

Looking to move in to a house, (townhouse, terraced, semi detatched, doesnt matter) at least 2 bedrooms, would like RTB but not essential. Condition and decor unimportant. Want a fresh start, will really miss my neighbours as they are lovely and will help you out wherever they can.
